  • USE
    Before use, mix the product by rolling it in your hands (do not shake it). Apply the top coat to any cured color, and then cure it in the lamp. For a more visible particle effect, we apply an additional layer of top coat. Before removing the manicure, gently matt the Top BlinkBlink with a file or with buffer.
