How to apply Extend base 5in1?

This product will be perfect for beginners. Builder base is closed in the bottle with a brush so you can simply apply it on the nails like the traditional gel polishes. Prepare your nail plate like before every stylization.  There is no need to apply any base before the Semilac Extend base application. Builder base in a bottle is thicker than standard gel polish so it gives you the possibility to overlay nails or extend your nails up to 1cm using Semilac nail extension form. If you only want to strengthen your nails and overlay them just apply a layer of the product and add a bigger drop of Semilac Extend base in the middle of the nail. Using a tiny brush spread the product evenly on the nail and create the C curve. If you want to extend your nails, then use shaper forms to create the wanted length (up to 1cm) and shape.

How long does the builder base in the bottle last?

If the product was applied properly it should last up to 21 days. Usually there is no chipping or lifting even after 3 weeks. Only your nail roots remind you that it’s time to get a new set of nails.

What is UV builder gel?

It builds up the nail plate and gives you the possibility to extend the nail plate to any length. It’s a strong gel formula that makes application fast and easy modelling of the product while creating any shape of the nails. In Semilac UV builder gels, burning sensation is reduced to minimum. Is builder gel harder to apply than Extend base 5in1?

You should be a little bit more experienced to use this type of product. For the first it’s formula is thicker and harder to work with if you have never worked with this product. You will need a special gel brush to apply the product on nails. It’s definitely harder than builder gel in the bottle. Before UV gel application you should apply a thin layer of clear Semilac Extend Base only a small amount as an undercoat of the UV builder gel. You can apply builder gel in two ways. You can do extensions on shaper forms or you can use tips.
